Next steps for accepted authors
All authors who submitted an abstract have now received their notification. The
next step is to register for the conference—only registered authors will be
included in the scientific programme. A tentative programme, outlining key
themes, will be published by the end of March 2025 to help participants plan
their involvement.
ISAPA 2025 Concession application form
ISAPA 2025 is committed to fostering inclusivity and global participation in the
field of adapted physical activity. To support this mission, we are exploring
opportunities to secure funding that may assist participants from developing
countries and small island developing states in attending the symposium.
This concession application serves as an expression of interest for potential
financial support. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee
funding or sponsorship. Should funding become available, we will review
applications and allocate support based on eligibility, need, and available
resources.
We encourage all interested participants to complete this form and proceed with
alternative funding plans where possible. Any confirmed support will be
communicated directly to selected applicants.
Application period: Opens Monday, February 17, 2025, at 8:00 AM CET and
closes on March 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM CET.

2025 and the International Symposium on Physical Activity and Visual
Impairment or Deafblindness have extended the submission deadline to
March 15th, 2025. We’ve received over 250 submissions so far, but we want
more! We want that everyone involved in APA have a chance to present their
fantastic work.
